Privacy Policy for CattleLog

No Data Collection

CattleLog is a 100% offline application. It does not connect to the internet, and does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information with VeldTech or any third party.

Local Data Storage

All data — including cattle records, medical history, photos, and backups — is stored only on your device.

Photos are saved using your device’s camera and gallery (with your permission).
Backups are saved to your device’s CattleLogBackups folder.
VeldTech cannot access, view, or recover your data.

Permissions

CattleLog requests the following permissions only for local functionality:

Camera & Photos: To attach images to animal records.
Storage: To save and restore backups from your device.

These permissions are not used for data collection or tracking.

In-App Purchase (Optional)

If you choose to unlock unlimited cattle records via a one-time R99 payment:

Payment is processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Payments.
VeldTech does not receive or store your payment information.
Refunds must be requested through Google Play.

Children’s Privacy

CattleLog is not intended for children under 13 and does not collect their data.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy only if the app’s functionality changes. The latest version will always be available at this link.
